Contingent Business Interruption (CBI)
Studies: Conducted supply chain analyses to identify and quantify financial impact presented by single- and sole-source supplier disruptions. Established risk mitigation alternatives to minimize impact; quantified risk transfer levels for supplier exposure.
Disaster Preparedness, Response and Recovery Planning: Conducted high-level business impact analysis to prioritize recovery of critical business functions and processes. Planned for likely natural hazard and technical risks that could impact critical operations. Identified risk mitigation opportunities for key buildings supporting critical operations. Fire Risk Assessments (SEMI S-14):
Performed fire risk assessments on new semiconductor processing tools in accordance with SEMI S-14, Safety Guidelines for Fire Risk Assessment and Mitigation for Semiconductor Equipment.
Incident Management:
Assisted in the development and implementation of an emergency incident escalation program. Mapped escalation pathways for likely emergencies with the objective of improving corporate crisis management team activation. Enhanced incident response and management procedures.
Project Management:
- New Building Construction: Met with project planners, architects, contractors, city officials; developed risk management-focused project design specifications; monitored construction progress to implement/maintain HPR risk management program. Created and implemented new construction project planning flowchart incorporating HPR insurance requirements and project timelines.

Worked with building contractor using Critical Path Method (CPM) planning to perform building/process system design reviews and on-site monitoring/commissioning of system installations.
