Jack Cooperman, CBCP, ARM -
President, Director of Business Continuity Planning
As Director of the company's Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
products and services, Jack has worked most recently as Project
Manager in the development and facilitation of BCP processes for
various leading Silicon Valley high technology companies. His specific
responsibilities have included development of process methodologies,
slide shows, tools, planning templates, scoring metrics, and acting
as information resource. In addition, Jack has developed BCP templates
& metrics for contract manufacturers, key suppliers and other critical
3rd-party value chain partners. Jack has reviewed hundreds of BCPs
ranging from R&D operations to manufacturing to customer call centers;
providing comprehensive feedback, ratings and recommendations for
plan improvement. Jack has also managed various BCP projects with
responsibilities that included project initiation & awareness, senior
management presentations & interviews, business impact analysis,
template development, hosting process workshops, risk mitigation
implementation and overall plan documentation.
Jack has extensive experience in global Highly Protected
Risk (HPR) insurance engineering and underwriting program requirements.
He also holds a Fire and Casualty insurance broker license in the
State of California.
Jack has completed the Disaster Recovery Institute's
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) program and has
achieved the certification of CBCP. He has also completed the Insurance
Institute of America's Associate in Risk Management program and
has achieved the designation of ARM.

Rick Guevara, P.E. - Chief Operating
Officer, Director of Strategic Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Rick Guevara has over fifteen years of
experience in risk analysis of physical and operational risks for
high technology related industries, including semiconductor manufacturing.
His expertise includes quantitative and qualitative risk and hazard
analysis, risk control consulting, new facility property protection
design, and fire suppression and building system design review.
Rick has performed several fire risk assessments for individual
semiconductor manufacturing tools and facilitated implementation
of leading edge fire suppression and materials of construction solutions
for many different process equipment tools.
In addition, Rick has extensive experience with
Business Impact Analysis throughout the high-tech industry. He has
performed several Business Impact Analyses focused on identifying
and quantifying potential business vulnerabilities and mitigation
strategies. He has jointly developed programs and customized databases
to capture and quantify business interruption exposures including
complex internal and external interdependencies. Rick also has a
broad knowledge of Highly Protected Risk (HPR) underwriting and
engineering standards.

Rob Moody, Managing Director,
P.E.
Rob Moody has been consulting with various high-technology companies
on property risk control and business continuity issues for over
fifteen years. Serving several multinational companies, Rob's recent
project work includes: facility disaster preparedness, response
and recovery planning; development of incident escalation pathways
for enhancing crisis management; and enterprise-wide business continuity
program development and maintenance. In addition, Rob performs property
loss control engineering and management support to several clients,
assisting with risk identification, exposure quantification, mitigation
planning, and property insurance program renewals.
During the semiconductor boom of the 1990s, Rob consulted
with major, multinational wafer and device manufacturers on property
risk control and business interruption issues, including Highly
Protected Risk (HPR) underwriting and engineering standards. His
extensive field experience within these manufacturing occupancies
involved developing, implementing and coordinating risk mitigation
action plans; performing new factory design reviews and various
project management assignments.

Paul Coleman, Program Manager - Business Continuity
Planning
As a strategic partner to TRC Services, Paul Coleman brings fifteen
years of fulltime disaster recovery and business continuity experience
to the table. Paul spent eleven years working as a disaster recovery
planner for three large U.S.-based corporations - First Interstate
Bank, Kaiser Permanente and Pacific Bell. During his tenure with
these companies, he was involved in response and business recovery
efforts in eleven disasters:

education and training.
